Haynes Properties was founded in 1993 with the purpose of developing and investing in real estate in the Baltimore Metropolitan area.  Then later purchased real estate in Philadelphia, Florida, and Mississippi. Over the nearly 30 years of operation, has acquired and managed, nearly 500 residential apartment units.
